     Large cathedral style windows or open walls allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere during the day and a romantic, glowing ambiance at night.

    You also have the flexibility to choose your own vendors so you can design your event exactly how you envision it.

    At Laurel Oaks Estate, couples can choose between two beautiful outdoor ceremony locations, each offering its own unique charm.

    The White Pergola – A timeless and elegant option, the pergola creates a stunning backdrop for exchanging vows. Surrounded by open fields and classic brick columns, it can be styled simply or dressed with florals and draping for a personalized touch.

    The Peninsula at the Pond – For a truly romantic setting, couples may say “I do” on the peninsula overlooking the sparkling water. With the fountain in the background and nature all around, it offers a serene and picturesque space perfect for an unforgettable ceremony.

    Both ceremony spots provide breathtaking views and flexibility to match your wedding vision, ensuring a memorable beginning to your forever.

    Booking & Availability

    Q: How do we reserve our wedding date at Laurel Oaks Estate?
    A: To reserve your date, a signed rental agreement and the first payment of 30% of your total package price are required. Once both are received, your date is officially secured on our calendar.

    Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding?
    A: Many couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall wedding dates. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.

    Q: Can we schedule a tour of Laurel Oaks Estate?
    A: Yes! We would love to show you around. Tours are available by appointment so we can walk you through the property, ceremony spaces, and answer any questions about planning your wedding at Laurel Oaks Estate.

    Payments & Deposits

    Q: What is the payment schedule for weddings?
    A: Payments are divided into three installments:
    • 30% due at booking
    • 40% due 60 days before your event
    • 30% due 30 days before your event

    Q: Do you require a damage deposit?
    A: Yes. A $500 refundable damage deposit is charged as an add-on at booking. This deposit is refunded within 30 days after the event as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, Square, checks, and money orders.

    Venue Details

    Q: How many guests can Laurel Oaks Estate accommodate?
    A: Laurel Oaks Estate can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests under our event tent and outdoor ceremony space while still allowing plenty of room for dancing, dining, and guest seating.

    Q: Are there good photo locations at Laurel Oaks Estate?
    A: Absolutely! Our property offers many beautiful photo spots including the pond, our driveway, countryside views, wooded areas, the event tent, and scenic outdoor spaces.

    Q: Are there places for guests to stay nearby?
    A: Yes! Laurel Oaks Estate offers unique on-site accommodations, including glamping tents and cabins. There are also many hotels and vacation rentals located a short drive away.

    Planning Your Event

    Q: Do you provide a list of recommended vendors?
    A: Yes! We are happy to share a list of trusted local vendors including photographers, DJs, caterers, florists, and bartenders who have worked at Laurel Oaks Estate before.

    Q: Do you provide wedding coordination services?
    A: Laurel Oaks Estate focuses on providing a beautiful venue for your event. Many couples choose to hire a day-of coordinator or wedding planner to help manage their timeline and vendors.

    Q: When can we decorate for our wedding?
    A: Decorating may begin once your rental window begins. All decorating and setup must occur during your reserved rental period unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Q: Can we have our rehearsal at Laurel Oaks Estate?
    A: Yes! Many couples choose to hold their ceremony rehearsal at the venue the day before their wedding if the venue schedule allows.

    Q: Can we host a rehearsal dinner at Laurel Oaks Estate?
    A: Rehearsal dinners may be held at the venue depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss options.

    Alcohol & Vendors

    Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
    A: Yes, couples may bring alcohol, but it must be served by a licensed bartender or approved vendor and only in designated areas.

    Q: Are there rules about alcohol service?
    A: Yes. Alcohol cannot be served to minors and service must end 30 minutes before the end of the event. Music and alcohol service must conclude by 10:00 PM.

    Q: Can Laurel Oaks stop alcohol service if needed?
    A: Yes. For the safety of guests and staff, Laurel Oaks Estate reserves the right to stop alcohol service or end the event if behavior becomes unsafe.

    Venue Rules

    Q: Are candles allowed at the venue?
    A: Open flames are not permitted inside or around the event tent. Flameless candles are allowed.

    Q: Can we hang decorations from the tent or trees?
    A: Decorations are welcome, but nails, staples, and tacks are not allowed. Please speak with us beforehand if you have special decoration plans.

    Q: Are sparkler exits allowed?
    A: Sparkler send-offs are permitted as long as they are approved in advance and used safely in designated areas.

    Q: Can we include our dog or pet in our wedding ceremony?
    A: Pets may be included in the ceremony with prior approval but must be supervised at all times.

    Q: Are children allowed at events?
    A: Yes! Children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times.

    Q: Are animals on the property?
    A: Laurel Oaks Estate is a countryside property with animals. Guests should not approach or interact with animals unless supervised by staff.

    Q: Is smoking allowed?
    A: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas and is not allowed under the event tent.

    Event Timing & Access

    Q: When can we access the venue for setup and decorating?
    A: Access to the property is allowed only during your reserved rental window. All setup, decorating, and cleanup must occur during this time.

    Q: What happens if our event runs late?
    A: Events must end by the agreed rental time. Additional time may result in additional fees.

    Q: When does music need to end?
    A: All music must conclude by 10:00 PM in compliance with local noise ordinances.

    Parking

    Q: Is parking available for guests?
    A: Yes! Laurel Oaks Estate provides ample free parking on-site.

    Q: Can guests park anywhere on the property?
    A: Parking must remain within designated areas. The area near the event tent is reserved for emergency vehicles and the driveway must remain clear.

    Weather

    Q: What happens if there is bad weather on our wedding day?
    A: If severe weather occurs, Laurel Oaks Estate will work with you to find the best possible solution. However, refunds are not issued for weather or other uncontrollable acts of nature.

    Cancellation Policy

    Q: What happens if we need to cancel our event?
    A: Payments are non-refundable. If your date is rebooked by another couple, Laurel Oaks Estate may waive the remaining balance.

    Insurance & Safety

    Q: Do we need event insurance?
    A: Yes. A special event insurance policy is required for all events to protect you, your guests, and the venue.

    Q: What does the insurance cover?
    A: Event insurance typically covers property damage, injuries, and other unexpected incidents during the event.
