    How many guests can be accommodated? The event tent can accommodate up to 140 comfortably. However, the property itself can accommodate around 500 people. This would require an additional tent rental as well as portable bathrooms.

    Where can the bride and bridesmaids get ready? With the Platinum package the bride and her bridesmaids have use of the cabin to get ready in.

    Can we use our own vendors? Absolutely. We also provide on our website a list of vendors we have worked with and recommend.

    Will we need to purchase liability event insurance? Yes, event insurance must be purchased prior to your event. We have a company we work with that we can send you to. This usually runs approximately $100.

    What is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather? In the chance of inclement weather, the event tent can be used for an indoor ceremony.

    Can I add my own decorations to the pergola? Yes, we invite all our couples to decorate and make the pergola their own. Any decorations that you add to the space are your (or your vendor's) responsibility to install and remove. Anything left behind after the rental period may be discarded during our staff's cleanup process. In addition, we have two decorating rules; all flames must be enclosed, and you may not install a decoration that could damage the property. (i.e. using staples, nails, or glue,etc). For any decoration involving climbing a ladder, we require a professional planner, or lighting expert.

    Is there a curfew? Yes, in accordance with the local county ordinance, Laurel Oaks Estate has a curfew of 10 p.m.
