1. What do I need to bring for my horse?
You’ll need to bring your horse’s feed, hay, and any personal gear (buckets, halters, blankets, etc.). We provide fresh pine shavings for stall boarding.
2. Are health documents required?
Yes. For the safety of all horses, we require a current negative Coggins test and a valid health certificate at check-in—no exceptions.
3. Is the pasture boarding area private?
Yes. Our fenced pasture with a covered shelter is private and reserved for one horse or group per night, unless otherwise arranged.
4. Can I stay on-site with my horse?
Yes—and in fact, overnight accommodations are required with horse boarding. We offer a variety of peaceful lodging options, including a modern cabin, glamping tents, a horse trailer tiny home, and RV/trailer sites.
5. Is there a place to ride on the property?
Yes! We have a 100x200 ft outdoor arena, and we’re working on developing a few peaceful riding trails around the estate.
6. Are there vets or farriers nearby in case of emergency?
